Run for the Parks 10K

Q: Where and When do I pick up my race packet?

A: Race packets will be distributed at Potomac River Running store (Tysons) on Saturday, November 2 from 11 am – 3 pm. The store is conveniently located between I-495 and I-66 at 7516 Leesburg Pike, Falls Church, VA 22043.

Packet pick up will also be held at the race site on Sunday, November 3 from 6:30-7:30 a.m. There is no race day registration.

Q: Can someone else pick up my packet for me?

A: Yes, please send them to packet pick up with written consent.

Q: I have a friend who would like to volunteer, can he help?

A: YES! We always need an extra set of hands! Please click here for more information.

Q: What should I do with my stuff while I am racing?

A: There will be a bag drop at the race site if you would like to leave your items during the race.

Q: Where are the port-o-johns located?

A: There will be port-o-johns at the start/finish area.

Q: Is there an age minimum or maximum?

A: No, The races is open to all ages.

Q: Are dogs allowed?

A: No

Q: Are bikes allowed?

A: No

Q: Is the race open to walkers?

A: Yes! Walkers will be encouraged to start behind the runners.  There is an official time limit of 80 minutes to complete the course.
