Oak Hill 5K

We look forward to you joining us for the 2013 Oak Hill Howlin’ and Prowlin’ 5k and 1k Fun Run!

WHEN: Saturday, May 4, 2013, 8 a.m.

WHERE: Oak Hill Elementary School (3210 Kinross Circle, Herndon, VA 20171)

The Oak Hill 5k is a fun, community run on a fast, flat course through the Chantilly Highlands neighborhood with both start and finish lines at Oak Hill Elementary School. The Oak Hill 5k aims to encourage family fitness, as well as raise funds to benefit programs for Oak Hill students including the purchase of instructional technology. The event includes children’s activities and refreshments after the race.

REGISTRATION: Online registration will close at 9 p.m. on May 2, 2013. Walk-in registration will be taken at packet pickup on May 3 and 4.

5k Early Registration (to guarantee T-shirt and size, by April 12, 2013)

$25 5K Oak Hill Student/Staff member (to guarantee shirt by 4/12)

$20 1K Fun Run (includes t-shirt if registered by 4/12)

5k Family/Team (minimum 4) There is a $3 off coupon for each registrant in a family of 4 or more members registering for the 5k. Please register before April 12 to take advantage of this coupon.

5k Late Registration (after 4/12) or on Race Day $30 (T-shirts and sizes will be distributed on first come, first serve basis)

Each registration prior to April 6, 2012 will receive a T-shirt in the requested size. Registrations received after April 13 will receive shirts on a first come, first serve basis based on sizes available at packet pick-up. T-shirts will not be mailed to registrants.

PACKET PICKUP: Oak Hill ES on Friday, May 3 from 2 – 8 p.m. and 6:15-7:45 a.m. on race day.
